CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 143

The Supreme Court may:

    (a)     confirm the original decision; or

    (b)     vary the original decision; or

    (c)     set aside the original decision; or

    (d)     set aside the original decision and replace it with a new order or decision.
