CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 101
Right of representation(1) A party to the proceedings may be represented by a legal practitioner or any other person.
(2) The Court may adjourn the proceedings until a party has a reasonable opportunity to obtain the representation.
