Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 60(1) of the Act for a water extraction licence to take water from a bore (a ground water extraction licence ) must be in accordance with the approved form.
(2) A ground water extraction licence must be in the approved form.
