Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 57(1) of the Act for a permit to carry out an operation referred to in section 56(1) of the Act (a bore construction permit ) must be in accordance with the approved form.
(2) A bore construction permit must be in the approved form.
