Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsWhere a permit or licence document has been lost or destroyed, the Controller may, on receipt of a statutory declaration as to the circumstances of the loss or destruction and of any other evidence he or she considers necessary, issue a duplicate permit or licence which shall have the word "duplicate" endorsed on it.
