Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The code of conduct in Schedule 2 is prescribed in accordance with section 53(3) of the Act.
(2) A registered veterinarian shall not contravene or fail to comply with clause 3(1) or clause 4(2), (3) or (5), or with clause 8, of the code.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
