Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The Utilities Commission is authorised to make rules relating to the provision of ancillary services in the electricity supply industry.
(2) The Utilities Commission is authorised to make determinations relating to the prices for providing ancillary services in the electricity supply industry.
(3) In this regulation:
ancillary services include:
(a) reserve capacity;
(b) frequency support;
(c) load following services; and
(d) services necessary for the efficient and reliable operation of a power system.
