Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these regulations commits an offence.
Maximum penalty: 25 penalty units.
(2) The penalty in subsection (1) does not apply if a provision indicates a penalty applicable for a contravention of that provision.
