Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a taxi must not operate a taxi that bears or is marked with an advertisement unless the advertisement is approved by the Director.
(2) In this regulation:
"advertisement" includes a statement or representation of any kind whether made by means of any or all of the following:
(a) letters, maps, plans or drawings;
(b) pictorial representations or designs.
