TAXIS REGULATIONS - REG 12

A taxi driver may refuse to accept a hiring from a person:

        (a)     who is apparently:

            (i)     suffering from an infectious disease; or

            (ii)     under the influence of drugs or alcohol; or

        (b)     who is likely to:

            (i)     soil or damage the taxi; or

            (ii)     cause a nuisance.
