TRAFFIC REGULATIONS - REG 60

    (1)     The Commissioner may, by Gazette notice, authorise a person or organisation to be an analyst for the purposes of the Act.

    (2)     In this regulation:

"organisation" includes:

        (a)     an Agency or an administrative unit within an Agency; and

        (b)     if outside the Territory – an entity in another jurisdiction similar to an Agency or an administrative unit in an Agency.

The forensic laboratory of the police force of a State or another Territory.
