TRAFFIC REGULATIONS - REG 49

Unless otherwise specified, the penalty for a parking infringement is as follows:

        (a)     stopping or parking in a disabled person's parking bay – $135;

        (b)     stopping where prohibited – $50;

        (c)     other parking infringements – $40.
