Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A person must not walk, or drive a vehicle, on a road or public place without due care or attention or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road or public place.
(2) A person must not drive a vehicle in a disorderly manner on a road or public place.
