Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations7.13. Procedure on lodgment and filing
(1) Where documents are lodged and filed in accordance with rule 7.10, the Proper Officer shall seal with the seal of the Court the documents lodged and shall send them to the Attorney-General for transmission for service, together with such letter of request, if any, as is necessary.
(2) A letter of request shall be in Form 7A.
