The Court may, by order, allow service out of Australia of:
(a) originating process in a proceeding in relation to the wardship, custody, management or welfare of a minor or the custody, management or welfare of a person who is incapable of managing his affairs;
(b) an originating motion in a proceeding brought under an Act;
(ba) a notice under an Act; or
(c) a summons, order or notice in a proceeding.
