RETIREMENT VILLAGES REGULATIONS - REG 3

    (1)     For the purposes of section 36(2) of the Act, the prescribed form is the form specified in Schedule 1.

    (2)     An application under section 36 of the Act shall be accompanied by a fee of $165.00.
