Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsThe presiding officer of a polling place must refuse to issue a ballot-paper to a person required to answer a question put to him or her under section 31(2) of the Act (other than the question under section 31(2)(b) of the Act) if the person:
(a) refuses to answer the question; or
(b) fails to answer it in the affirmative.
