PRIVATE SECURITY (CROWD CONTROLLERS) REGULATIONS - SECT 5

5. Information to be provided by applicant

For the purposes of section 14(5) of the Act, the following information is prescribed:

(a) 2 identical current passport-sized photographs; and

(b) the fingerprints,

of the applicant.
