PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) REGULATIONS - REG 8

For the purposes of section 138(1)(a) of the Act, the fee payable is:

        (a)     $1,000; or

        (b)     an amount calculated at a rate of $50 for each block to which the permit relates at the commencement of the year,

whichever is the greater.
