Where the Harbourmaster has reasonable cause to believe
a person is contravening or has contravened by-law 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4G, 4H or
4J or
by-law 4K, the Harbourmaster may, using only such force as is
reasonably necessary, cause the person to be removed from the place or area in
question.
