In this Chapter, unless the contrary intention appears -
"Certificate" means a Pilotage Exemption Certificate granted under this Chapter;
"length" means length overall;
"passage" means one entry into or departure from the Port;
"the Port" means the Port of Darwin;
"voyage" means one entry into and departure from the Port.
