Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations19. Vessels to be kept clear of flying boats
The master of a vessel, lighter or small craft shall ensure that the vessel, lighter or small craft -
(a) is kept clear of any flying boat or seaplane which is alighting or taking off; and
(b) does not approach -
(i) at night, the lighted runway; or
(ii) by day, the runway marked by a control launch,
until the aircraft is clear of the runway.
