Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations13C. Obligations of drivers of vehicles
A person driving, or in charge of, a vehicle in or on a wharf -
(a) shall not allow the vehicle to obstruct vehicles or pedestrian traffic;
(b) shall, as required by the Harbourmaster, move the vehicle -
(i) to a specified position in or on the wharf; or
(ii) away from the wharf; and
(c) shall cause the vehicle to travel along routes
allotted under
by-law 13B.
