Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 16(1)(a) and (aa) of the Act, the Commissioner shall, from time to time, determine the criteria for eligibility of a person for appointment to the Police Force.
(2) A determination under subregulation (1) shall be published in the Police Gazette as soon as practicable after it is made.
