Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of a matter specified in Column 2 of the Schedule in relation to a section of the Act specified in Column 1, the amount specified in Column 3 in relation to that matter is the prescribed fee.
(2) Subject to subregulation (3), the prescribed fee is payable in respect of a registration card, licence, renewal or re-issue of a registration card or licence, as the case may be, for a period of 3 years ending on the common expiry date referred to in section 50(5) of the Act.
(3) Where an application for a registration card or licence, or renewal or re-issue of a registration card or licence is made within –
(a) the second year before the common expiry date – the prescribed fee is reduced by one third; and
(b) the first year before the common expiry date – the prescribed fee is reduced by two thirds.
