Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies to a person who appears before the Ombudsman for an investigation.
(2) The person is entitled to be paid the actual expenses reasonably incurred by the person for:
(a) travel to and from the place the person is required to appear; and
(b) accommodation and sustenance while the person is required to be absent from his or her usual place of residence.
