Any amendments that commence after that date are not included. ____________________ Northern Territory University (DEGREES AND OTHER AWARDS) by-laws BY-LAWS UNDER THE CHARLES DARWIN UNIVERSITY ACT 1 Citation These By-laws may be cited as the Northern Territory University (Degrees and Other Awards) By-laws. 2 Rules The Council may make rules specifying the degrees and other awards that may be granted or conferred by the Council. 3 Repeal The Northern Territory University (Degrees and Other Awards) By-laws, as amended and in force immediately before the commencement of these By-laws, are repealed.
