Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The Corporation may, by notice in writing, exempt a person or body from by-law 33 or 34, or both, for the purposes of a dog race, dog trial, dog show, or while taking part in the activities of a dog obedience club or using a dog to drive cattle or stock on a road, or for any other purpose or event as the Corporation may determine.
(2) An exemption under clause (1) may relate to a particular event or to a class of events and may be subject to the conditions the Corporation thinks fit.
