Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) An application for survey shall be made to the Director on the form entitled "Application for Initial Acceptance into Survey".
(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be made in a completed form and shall be accompanied by:
(a) drawings and specifications which conform to the provisions of item 1; and
(b) the operational documentation which conform to the provisions of item 2.
