MARINE (AIR-CUSHIONED VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REG 4

    (1)     Parts III and IV of the Act apply to and in relation to the class of air-cushioned vehicles to which these Regulations apply.

    (2)     These Regulations apply to all air-cushioned vehicles operated in the Territory.
