Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A person may apply to the Director in the form in the Schedule for the grant or extension of a permit to operate a vessel as a hire-and-drive vessel.
(2) An application for an extension of a permit shall be made before the expiration of the permit to which the application relates.
(3) An application under subregulation (1) must be accompanied by an application fee of 115 revenue units.
