Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) This rule applies to a Board member appointed under section 11(1)(d) of the Act in accordance with section 11(2)(a) or (b) of the Act.
(2) If the member is unable to attend a meeting of the Board, the member may appoint a person to attend the meeting as the member's proxy.
(3) The appointment of the proxy must be in writing and have the prior approval of the minister who nominated the member for appointment to the Board.
