MARINE (SURVEY) REGULATIONS - REG 9

In construing sections 5 and 8 to 13 inclusive:

        (a)     the definitions contained in section 1 and those sections shall be read subject to the Act and these Regulations; and

        (b)     references to an Authority the Authority or that Authority shall be read in the manner set out in Part II of Schedule 1.
