MARINE (SURVEY) REGULATIONS - REG 4

Subject to these Regulations, section 14 shall extend and apply to:

        (a)     all vessels; and

        (b)     existing fishing vessels less than 15 metres in length and a fishing vessel less than 8 metres in length in respect of which an application for survey has been made to the Director.
