Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The driver of a minibus must not refuse to allow a person to board the minibus by reason only that the person is accompanied by a guide-dog or hearing-dog.
(2) A person must not bring onto a minibus any animal other than a guide-dog or hearing-dog.
