Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) If an authorised officer takes a sample of a pollutant, substance or thing, the officer must ensure the sample is delivered to an analyst for analysis as soon as practicable.
(2) A record in the approved form must be made for each person in possession of the sample from the time it is taken until it is delivered to the analyst.
