MOTOR OMNIBUS REGULATIONS - REG 9

Omnibus not to be withdrawn from specified route

Any licensee who, without reasonable excuse, withdraws any omnibus from a route specified in the service licence so as to interfere with the time-table specified in the licence for that route shall be guilty of an offence.
