Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) An omnibus shall not, unless expressly authorized by the Registrar, ply for hire on any public street, or portion thereof, upon which it is not licensed to ply.
(2) The owner and driver of any omnibus which plies for hire in contravention of subregulation (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
