Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsThe Registrar may, subject to the Act, grant to the owner of an omnibus:
(a) a permit for the omnibus to follow for such period as is stated in the permit, a route other than that to be followed in pursuance of the service licence; or
(b) a permit to vary the time-table to be observed by the omnibus for such period as is specified in the permit.
