Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Any person who, upon any omnibus, drinks any intoxicating liquor shall be guilty of an offence.
(2) Any such person shall, upon being requested by the conductor so to do, leave the omnibus, and his fare (if paid) shall be forfeited.
(3) The conductor may remove or cause to be removed any such person who, upon being requested so to do, does not forthwith leave the omnibus.
