Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Where a conductor of an omnibus issues tickets to passengers on the omnibus, a passenger on the omnibus shall, upon demand by the conductor, or by any other person authorized by the licensee, or by any member of the Police Force, or any officer, acting in the execution of his duty, exhibit or deliver the ticket issued to him by the conductor for the journey or section of the journey for which the passenger has paid.
(2) If the ticket is not produced when so demanded, the passenger shall, upon demand by the conductor, pay the fare payable for the journey upon which the passenger is then proceeding from the place at which the passenger entered the omnibus.
