MOTOR OMNIBUS REGULATIONS - REG 39

Conductor not to moisten his finger with saliva

Where a licensee requires a conductor of an omnibus to issue tickets to passengers on the omnibus, the conductor shall not moisten his fingers with saliva before issuing tickets.
