MOTOR OMNIBUS REGULATIONS - REG 3

These Regulations (except Regulations 8, 9, 10, 11, 12(3)(b), 37, 81 thereof) shall apply to motor omnibuses the property of the Territory and to the drivers and conductors thereof.
