Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Any conductor who, when required by the Registrar, or by any officer, inspector, or by a member of the Police Force, acting in the execution of his duty, to produce his conductor's licence, fails to do so, shall be guilty of an offence unless he has a reasonable excuse and within 3 days, produces his licence at the office of the Registrar, or such Police Station as may be directed by the Registrar, officer, inspector or member.
(2) Any conductor who, when required by the Registrar or an officer, inspector, or a member of the Police Force acting in the execution of his duty, to state his name and place of abode, refuses to do so or states a false name or place of abode shall be guilty of an offence.
