MOTOR OMNIBUS REGULATIONS - REG 19

An applicant for a licence to drive an omnibus shall prove to the satisfaction of the Registrar that he is:

        (a)     a person of good character;

        (b)     a fit and proper person to hold the licence; and

        (c)     able to read and write the English language.
