Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to this regulation, where an inspector has reason to believe that an offence has been committed, he or she may serve an infringement notice on the person who appears to have committed the offence.
(2) An inspector may not serve an infringement notice on a person under subregulation (1) unless the person is, or the inspector reasonably believes that the person is, over the age of 16 years.
