MENTAL HEALTH AND RELATED SERVICES REGULATIONS - REG 2

For the definition corresponding law in section 151 of the Act, each of the following is a corresponding law:

        (a)     Mental Health (Treatment and Care) Act 1994 (ACT);

        (b)     Mental Health Act 2007 (NSW);

        (c)     Mental Health Act 2000 (Qld);

        (d)     Mental Health Act 1993 (SA);

        (e)     Mental Health Act 1996 (Tas);

        (f)     Mental Health Act 1986 (Vic);

        (g)     Mental Health Act 1996 (WA).
