MARINE (PLEASURE CRAFT) REGULATIONS - REG 8

Hindering boating inspector

A person shall not hinder or obstruct, or aid or abet a person to hinder or obstruct, a boating inspector in the exercise of his powers under regulation 7.

Penalty:     50 penalty units.
