LIQUOR REGULATIONS - REG 5B

For section 31A(2)(d) of the Act, the following provisions (as in force from time to time) are prescribed:

        (a)     a condition of a court order under section 11, 13, 34, 39F(1)(c), 40, 44, 48F(1)(b) or 78K of the Sentencing Act relating to liquor;

        (b)     a condition of a court order made under section 83(1) of the Youth Justice Act relating to liquor;

        (c)     a condition of a parole order under the Parole of Prisoners Act (including a parole order registered under the Parole Orders (Transfer) Act ) relating to liquor;

        (d)     a child protection prohibition order under the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Registration) Act relating to liquor.
