Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Section 31A of the Act applies to the sale of liquor to an individual under a licence that is subject to a condition under section 31 of the Act that allows the licensee to sell liquor for consumption away from the licensee's licensed premises.
(2) However, section 31A of the Act does not apply to the sale of liquor under a licence listed in Schedule 1.
